God almighty. What a horrible way to start the day. Just now getting over feeling nauseous. Woke up at 7, somehow dragged myself before the TV and started the DVD at about 7.10. Fifty minutes later I was a trembling, sweaty wreck. And then I realized we're supposed to do the Ab Ripper X right after. So I did that, and by did that, I mean I lay down in front of the TV and whimpered as I did 2 out of ever 10 ab reps.
Awful. Got to work at about 9.40am, because between the shower, morning smoothie, and mandatory 25 minutes recovery period in bed, I was running real late.
On the bright side: it can only get better from here, right guys?
Right?

I am right there with you on the Ab Ripper. I was pretty much in the shower, when I heard another work out on the TV. I go check it out and find there's an extra ab work out! I was emotionally crushed. My performance for those last 15m was pathetic.
