I'm really beginning to like these workouts. I think Tony does a great job concentrating on the muscle groups he's targeting, but varies the exercises sufficiently so that it never gets monotonous. I actually managed to get through arms and shoulders without feeling like a 13yo weakling although I can already feel some soreness in the shoulders. Thank god the other parts of me are so sore that I don't even notice the new soreness.
One exercise that fascinates me is the side tri-rise. Never seen or heard of it, and it's a great iso on the triceps. The first time I tried it I had no idea which arm went where and made a complete ass of myself for half a set. Then I manage to muscle through 4 monster tri-rises. Room for improvement there as well.
Ab ripper X was slightly less pathetic than last time; I completed a majority of the exercises albeit with my finger constantly on the pause button. Whatever means necessary fellas.
Yoga tomorrow, eh? Wonder if this will be part of the song set:
