Day 3

Day 3, bitches! We're almost there!

Managed to get some 8.5 hours sleep last night, and it made all the difference. Woke up feeling good, refreshed, ready for some punishment. And today wasn't so bad other than the fact that my rotator cuffs started to hurt halfway through.

Also, I was using the red and green elastic bands for the most part instead of weights, and while they worked fine, I think I'm going to shell out some hard earned cash to buy some 25lb weights for next time.

Wow upside down is Mom, guys. Remember that. And did anybody else think Dreya Weber looked like some sort of Terminator clone?

  1. I'm thinking 25lbs might be a bit much, I'm using 12lbs all the way through. Though, I could have probably used the 20lbs on some of the exercises. What's up with the Flip-Grip Twist Triceps 'whatchmacallits', I could barely do 8. Freaking impossible, then you have the Two Angle Shoulder Flys, the one where you lean down, hmm... didn't anyone struggle through that one. I had also had a hard time going through the bonus round, since I didn't have the DVD's, I had to improvise. Then the Abs X... Died, I had to stop mid way, thought I was going to hurl.

  2. Two angle shoulder flys aren't so bad though the one where you lean over is a bitch. FGTTW were sick but that might be due to the fact that my weights are milk jugs.

    Dreya and Claire Danes? Can't see it. I found Dreya remarkably unfeminine, almost mechanical...oh yeah, you are right.
