Did the Day 4 workout yesterday right before bed. Because of the smooth, tranquil music playing in the background, my first impression was that we'd have a change of pace DVD, some light stretches accompanied by deep breathing to get ready for Day 5. I was so wrong.
This was my very first experience with yoga and I've come to find yoga is brutal, so brutal for a fat man such as myself. Belly fat gets in the way of everything. So much room to improve. I think I'm about 10% of where I need to be. Again, thank god I'm in my living room alone.
Day 5, Legs and Back, also brutal but in an expected fashion. Still working up to respectable amount of pull-ups, relying way too much on that chair, but I'm here to get better right? Also Tony's knowledge is unfathomable; he constantly brings something that I've never seen or heard. Tomorrow should be good.
