Day 7

My lats are killing me today. Must be from all the reaching forward with the punches. Muscles radiating out from shoulder blades are also crunchy and on fire. I think it was because during Kempo I would snap out the punches, not pushing which would have been easier, but really working those hooks, upper cuts and jabs with attitude. Fun workout, but now I'm worried about that soreness affecting the Back workout tomorrow.

Did the Stretch X today, though. Felt good. At least, I did the first 45 minutes of it. Didn't feel like I needed to stretch out my legs too intensely.

Food today:

Breakfast:

Papaya slice, greek yogurt, large bowl of muesli and almond milk.

Snacked on a mega smoothie with the works.

Had a half wheat bagel with peanut butter.

Green tea with two digestive cookies (it's Sunday! They're British! I was weak!)

Dinner: Going to have some baked salmon, wild rice and greek salad. Probably have another bagel with peanut butter or smoothie before dinner to add some more calories.
