This is what I'm drinking right now:
1 scoop of chocolate Shakeology
2 tbsp of Earth Balance Peanut Butter
2 tbsp of ground Flaxseed
1.5 cups of Almond Milk
1 scoop of protein powder
1 banana
1 cup of frozen strawberries
1 tsp of creatine
Comes out to about 800 calories, boys and girls, of sheer nutritious goodness.

Isn't almond milk surprisingly delicious? I love almond milk. But I wonder where the teats on an almond are.
