No Pain no Gain

OK, so I did some research on why my upper thighs were hurting so much. I believe I'm tensing my legs really hard to help bring my upper body into a crunch position. I think my hip flexors are very weak. Yes yoga will help, but between my inflexibility and ankle, it's near impossible to complete any of the moves. I'm working on an alternative. Good news, I'm picking up the DVD's from Christian later today. He stayed up till 11:30 burning them for me. We're also taking a break from rock climbing today, Christian hurt himself yesterday with one of his P90X exercises. Have to go extra hard this weekend.

  1. Yeah, need to work on those hip flexors. How are you going to do that, if not with yoga? Maybe you want to switch in the Stretch DVD?

    Also, how did Christian hurt himself?
