P90What!

Haven't even started and I'm already dreading this coming Monday. Should I not party this weekend and save all my energy for this coming week? Or should I go all out, knowing that it will probably be my last?

  1. Dude, I'm already preparing for next week. Trying to be in bed by 11pm, and making sure to get my 8 hours sleep. Working on the nutrition already, and went rock climbing yesterday with Nick and Christian (which was awesome, btw). You'd best conserve that energy, maybe go for some light jogs and start working on them pushups/situps, cause next week is gonna be ROUGH.
