WTF!!
Just when I thought I was getting ahead, Plyomaniac kicked my behind. I was ready to give up in the first 15min. Then half way through, I was soaked in sweat. Anyone else have a hard time today. Oh yeah, I must have really pushed it yesterday with the chest and back, arms were aching today. Good thing I time to make a smoothie to replenish my energy, otherwise I would caved in and call quits for today.

Today was rough, but I managed to bulldoze my way through it. I think I have a bit of an advantage when it comes to Plyo, because of all the Insanity workouts I did a few months back. So while my hopping plus signs were all over the place, and my lateral leapfrog side squats barely qualified as such, I was able to power through and do all the high knee jumps and rockstar jumps without much problem.
ReplyDeleteNo joke diet coke I was covered with sweat by the end, hair completely soaked, but I felt pretty solid going through.
Today my chest and back are sore, but not nearly as sharp an ache as I had last Tuesday. Going to make sure I get tons of good food today, lots of good sleep.
