Alright. Man, I've got tons of room to improve on this one. I thought the work out was awesome. The exercises themselves are devastatingly direct, and I was sweating up an absolute river. Tony manages to mix in some killer, killer moves with some lower intensity ones. You manage to keep your heart rate up but don't feel like you're drowning in wave after wave of mutilating cardio. I thought the sports exercises were a fun way to end.
The most notable pain in my body right now is currently my ass. I've got a really bad notion about how sore it's going to feel tomorrow.
If I had the time or inclination, I'd most definitely mash up the mother of all workouts with the mother of all funk chords:
