Day 4 (pre)

Strange morning. Slept in till 8.45! Or tried to. My body woke me up at 7.35, sort of half confused as to why I wasn't up and cavorting before the TV screen already. I, however, planning to do yoga after work, just smiled at my body's foolishness and forced myself to go back to sleep. Since I only clocked in past midnight, I think I got 8 hours, but it felt weird to wake up so late. Looks like I might already be turning into a morning person.

Quick slice of papaya, then a Shakeology smoothie once I got to work (love having a blender and full kitchen in the office).

Soreness check: chest is finally better. Shoulders today are tender, but not sharp sore like my chest was. Triceps are in pain, but biceps are fine. Back is mostly better too. Hip flexors are a little stiff, but no pain. I'm sure yoga today is going to help with all that.

Will check back in later to review yoga workout this evening.

  1. Ditto. I've got to finish my finals before 4.00 pm and will fire up the yoga DVD afterward. Anyone care to help me out with some Tanabe-Sugano diagrams?
