Getting back on track
So I've been seriously slacking guys, took Thursday, Friday and Saturday off. Thus today felt like I had might as well have taken a month off. Though surprisingly I did manage to do more reps in all but two of the exercises (must have been that two hour rock climbing session on Saturday). Both the Bomber and Close Hand pull ups kill me every time. The one good thing, if you put aside the copious alcohol I drank was that I kept true to my diet. Thus when I weighed in this morning I was at 185.4lbs, at 14.2% body fat. With all the DVD's on hand I have no more excuses. I'm just hoping I can get through today without my arms giving way. How did everyone else do?

ReplyDeleteFirst week, and you already missed three workouts? NOT GOOD.
Luckily for you you're already where Dan and I want to be in like 2 months, so it's not as big a deal, but still! We need more iron and commitment, man!
