What did you eat today?


Diet starting to kick in as evidenced by a giant BM I had today. Can't wait til our metabolisms burn, burn, burn like fabulous yellow roman candles exploding like spiders across the stars and in the middle you see the blue centerlight pop and everybody goes "Awww!"

    Post-workout: Spinach scramble w/ 1/2 an avocado, and an orange
    Lunch: Salmon salad from Yasai Jap Grill
    Snack: Glass of milk
    Dinner: Leftover dover, side salad w/ balsamic, broccoli
    Pre-bed: Glass of milk

  2. I still don't have the DVD's, getting them tonight from Christian (hopefully). I have been using the youtube videos to get by for now. I wasn't able to find a viral video for the yoga, so I used my stationary bike for 45 min and then attempted the AB Ripper. I've no idea how you guys get through those exercises. My upper thighs and lower abs are in so much pain. Though on another note, my diet has been kicking in over drive. I'm down 3lbs since Friday last week.

  3. Yesterday I ate:

    Shakeology smoothies (de rigeur)
    Huge spinach salad with grilled chicken, chopped eggs, olives, etc.
    Catfish with grilled veggies and couscous.
    Grilled eggplant with baked chicken.
    Since I was having a fancy dinner (though the catfish was digusting) I also had some raspberries, blueberries and a scoop of strawberry icecream for dessert. Hey, don't shoot the messenger, baby!

    Nick, I'm sure you're pushing like 2000% harder than Dan and I, which is why you're in so much pain. Also, you're probably doing the exercises all wrong without the DVD's and tearing all your muscles as you force your body to do unnatural things in an attempt to do such esoteric moves as 'Cohen Curls' or whatever. Dan and I are simple souls who just monkey see, monkey do before the TV every morning.
