What did you eat today?

I just checked out the nutritional guide, and I had no idea that beans are just carb bombs. May as well have had a ham & cheese croissant.

    Postworkout - Spinach scramble on whole wheat toast drenched in Tabasco

    Snack - Glass of milk, unsalted peanuts

    Lunch - Flame grilled chicken, 3 pieces, pinto beans, 3/4 of an avocado. Unbeknownst to my father and I, this (http://tinyurl.com/272hvev) just occurred The restaurant featured is where we ate. Gamecock is delicious.

    Dinner - Grilled wild alaskan salmon, mango and tomato salsa, lots a lettuce
