I've lost track of what day this is.
Either way, back and biceps yesterday, preceded by Ab Ripper X. It's been more than a week since I've done the Ab Ripper (almost two, due to the Recovery Week), and thus I didn't do as well as last time. Still, got through it, and abs felt like they'd caught a fever.
Back and biceps was rough. Long workout! My arms were swollen as if they'd caught a fever, and my back was all roughed up as if it had caught a fever. Intense.

Plyo
Did Plyometrics last night. Was sluggish at first, but when I put on my own music, I tore it up. Am feeling it in my legs today.

Chest & Back cheeat day
So I decided to not stick with the Recovery Week schedule, and instead did Chest and Back yesterday. Since I'd not done it last Monday when Dan was here (we were too busy canoeing), I felt like my chest needed the punishment, and so got started around 10pm last night.
Felt great, felt awful, and I could tell I've been slacking off on diet because I wasn't as strong as I hoped. Still, I did the second round exercises till failure, and am massively feeling the soreness today in all the right spots.

Rock Climbing
Ok so here's my long and coming post that I have been dreading. Looks like I totally fell off the band wagon on this whole p90x program. Instead I picked it up a notch in rock climbing, so much so that I think I may have hung on too long on a pinching grip. Left shoulder is making me grimace when I move it up or down. I wanted to start again this morning, but the pain was sharp. I'll see how it pans out tonight. I also started swimming a little more at the Viceroys. My endurance and stamina are picking up slowly and I'm able to swim two laps consecutively without collapsing. The only constant so far is my loseit.com app on my iphone. I have not missed a day in inputing my information. Looked through the last couple weeks and found that even my diet is starting to slack. So as of this evening, back on the wagon and back onto hardcore.
That's all for now folks.
Entering Week 4
I'm totally beat up from this weekend's move. Friday's Legs & Back was tough, but I got through it and then Saturday and Sunday spent both days hauling furniture and moving into the new place. Suffice to say that today I am totally beat, and looking forward to this being the Recovery Week.
Also: nobody else is positing shite. What's up?

Day 19
Yoga yesterday evening. Sweated up a storm. Literally was dripping sweat. Heated yoga is tough. Arms were all wibble wobbly from Arms & Shoulders, which made it rough.

Day 18
Yesterday was Arms & Shoulders. Once again I was forced to do it late at night, getting started after dinner at about 10.45pm. Luckily it wasn't plyo, or I would have hurled. As is, got in a good workout, but I definitely missed having an object to wrap the bands around, since simply standing on them is functional but not as good.
Last time I did this workout I was able to hook the bands around my table leg, and then step back as much as I needed and lean back into a 70 degree or more angle to get maximum leverage. Was perfect. Last night I simply stood on the band, which like I said worked, but wasn't nearly as good.
Still, arms were bulging by the end of it. Got to love that blood rush.
